Alexander Skrobko on Consequences of Excessive Optimization


Alexander Skrobko, Sales Director of RD Management, took part in Magnetic Development & Management retail property conference organized by IM Events. The event took place on September 29 in Moscow.

Alexander spoke at the session "Optimization of the Shopping Center Management Costs". The speaker focused on the issues regarding facility management cost reduction and the consequences of excessive reductions.

In his speech, Alexander noted that RD Management stands out in the market of FM companies for the high quality of services. "Professional services cannot be cheap, but excessive saving on maintenance affects negatively the quality and the cost of the facility in the future. The participants of the session shared their experience in shopping center management cost optimization in terms of Property and Facility Management.
