Starting in March 2014 RD Management has taken over management of the luxury-class retail center Vremena Goda on Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
According to the management agreement’s provisions, the company will provide the full spectrum of facility services: technical maintenance of engineering systems, comprehensive cleaning services and security management. The complex has a total area of 64,500 square meters. This is the second luxury-class shopping center in the portfolio of RD Management: since 2011 the company has managed the Dream House retail gallery.
Vremena Goda belongs to the Romanov Property Holdings Fund, whose assets are managed by Avica Property Investors. “One of the reasons we selected RD Management for the management Vremena Goda was that the company has substantial experience in the management of luxury-class retail centers. We are confident that the specialists of RD Management will maintain the special aura of the retail galleries, ensuring the flawless functioning of the property’s engineering systems,” commented Mark Stiles, President and General Director of Avica Property Investors.
