The central atrium of the retail gallery is decorated with a round chandelier ornamented with flower prints, and throughout the entire territory of the center the visitor couches are decorated with pillows with floral prints. Vremena Goda opened in 2006. Today that gallery is owned by the Romanov Property Holdings Fund (RPHF). RPHF was established in 2008 on a parity basis by RD Group and a consortium of private investors led by Ruben Vardanyan. The fund is focused on investment in premium class real estate in the Moscow market.
