In early April the annual elite real estate showroom will open at the premium-class Vremena Goda shopping center on Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
The exposition at Vremena Goda will include a presentation of the best residential complexes in Russia and around the world as well as new development projects scheduled for completion in 2015. The showroom will be held at the shopping center from April 9 to 26.
Vremena Goda is one of the most successful premium-class retail properties in Moscow. Each day the center is visited by more than 10,000 shoppers, most of whom reside in the prestigious districts of western Moscow and the Moscow region. In 2014 deals totaling more than €20 million were signed at the real estate showroom.

Vremena Goda is an exclusive shopping center on Kutuzovsky Prospekt with more than 150 retail stores and a strong emphasis on the latest trends in fashion and entertainment. The shopping center was acquired by Romanov Property Holdings Fund (part of RD Group) in 2012–2013. The assets of RPHF are managed by AVICA Property Investors.
