The voting on FIABCI Prix d’Excellence, one of the most reputable awards in the real estate, has started. This year, two RD Group Holding facilities are nominated - UWC Dilijan College and Romanov Dvor business center.
FIABCI Prix d'Excellence is annually organized by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI); it is the only event with a stage held in Russia. The award comprises 14 facility type categories, such as Commercial Property, Office Property, Residential Property, Social Facilities, etc. Romanov Dvor business center is nominated in the Office Property and Energy Efficiency categories, UWC Dilijan College – in the Social Sector and Energy Efficiency categories. Both facilities are certified according to environmental standard BREEAM.
FIABCI PRIX D’EXCELLENCE
The voting will have two stages. The first stage, when experts assess the nominees remotely based on the information available, will finish on August 10. The second stage provides for voting in person at the coordination meeting of the jury which will take place on August 14.
In case of successful completion of the Russian round of the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence, RD Group will compete for the prize in the Award’s international final with the world best projects in commercial, social and residential property. The Russian stage winners will be announced in September 2015 within the PROEstate – the IX International Real Estate Investment Forum.

The best experts in the field of real estate development and management, as well as leading market analysts are traditionally invited to join the jury.
