Ruben Vardanyan and Gagik Adibekyan have launched the process of separation of their joint business into two legally independent companies. Each of partners is concentrating on own projects and assets, each in his own area – Ruben Vardanyan on office property, Gagik Adibekyan – on retail property.
RD Group of Gagik Adibekyan has focused on the retail sector which includes shopping center Dream House, Vremena Goda, hypermarkets OBI Borovskoe and OBI Pulkovskoe. The assets of Ruben Vardanyan’s Fund comprise business quarter Romanov Dvor and Business Center Vozdvishenka. Their vision of further business development and approach to management began to differ. The partners decided to separate common assets in order to focus on own projects.
