Darrell Stanaford, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development at RD Management, gave an interview to the news agency ITAR-TASS.
Stanaford spoke to the journalist from ITAR-TASS about the aims and objectives of RD Management in 2014, its participation in tenders for the management of new properties and also about servicing the shopping center Vremena Goda.
As reported earlier, in March 2014 RD Management took over management of Vremena Goda, which has a total of 64,500 square meters. According to the management agreement’s provisions, the company will provide the full spectrum of facility services: technical maintenance of engineering systems, comprehensive cleaning services and security management.

Vremena Goda opened in 2006. Today that gallery is owned by the Romanov Property Holdings Fund (RPHF). RPHF was established in 2008 on a parity basis by RD Group and a consortium of private investors led by Ruben Vardanyan. The fund is focused on investment in premium class real estate in the Moscow market.
According to the results of a study carried out by the internet portal Arendator.ru, in 2011–2012 Vremena Goda was named the No.1 retail center in Moscow catering to affluent customers.
