AVICA Management Company, specializing in the management of direct commercial property investment funds, announced the appointment of Victoria Manzyukova as Head of Office Property Management.
In her new capacity, Victoria will take over the development of office properties within the commercial property portfolio managed by AVICA Management Company in line with the company’s general business strategy. Her scope of competence will also include lease management and tenant relations.
Victoria Manzyukova has more than 10 years of experience and profound knowledge of the Russian market for commercial real estate. Before joining AVICA Management Company, Victoria was Partner and Head of Corporate Services at Cushman & Wakefield. She was responsible for consulting corporate clients on acquisition and leasing of office properties, execution and extension of lease agreements, and restructuring of contracts. As a representative of Cushman & Wakefield, Victoria earned numerous “Best Broker of the Year” and “Best Deal” awards. Before starting her career in the consulting business, Victoria worked for Arthur Andersen as a financial controller.
Victoria is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Additionally, she completed an MBA program in Finance & Accounting at the University of Arizona in Tucson (Arizona, the United States). In 2003, she became one of Russia’s first Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).
