On March 1, Moscow hosts the 8th Real Estate Financial Forum that brings together government officials and market experts for an open discussion and debate on the current situation. RD Group is an official partner of the event.
The 8th Real Estate Financial Forum will be held at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy hotel in Moscow. The event brings together representatives from the government and government bodies, heads and top managers of development and construction companies, banking entities and investors.
The forum takes the format of an open discussion: the participants will express their views on topical issues, suggest solutions to current problems, and engage in dialogue with other market players.
As always, the forum will include sessions on residential and commercial real estate, as well as on investment in development projects and asset acquisition.
Natalia Tischendorf, CEO of AVICA, will address a discussion on investmentthat will look at the investment appeal of commercial real estate for Russian and foreign players, priority segments of the real estate market for investment, and new investment tools.
Last year, over 120 leading market experts attended the forum, which resulted in more than 300 articles in the press.
The event is being organised by the Real Estate Professionals’ Association (REPA).
