RD Management has organized a facility tour for journalists of leading business media. The tour included two new properties in the company’s management portfolio: the office park Comcity and multifunctional complex Legenda Tsvetnogo. The company vividly demonstrated its high standards for the maintenance of commercial real estate.
СOMCITY
The office park Comcity is being built according to the latest technologies in compliance with LEED certification standards. The most advanced engineering systems are being incorporated into the buildings: façades with improved thermal properties and light permeability, chilled beams and cooling reservoirs, recycling of “gray water”, energy-efficient lifts, LED lighting and more.
Starting in December 2013 specialists of RD Management began providing technical consultations on the preparation and launch of the first phase of Comcity. Following the opening of the first phase of the project in October 2014, the company began providing comprehensive facility management services for the property, including the management of the office and retail premises and park zone.
LEGENDA TSVETNOGO
RD Management assumed management of the multifunctional complex Legenda Tsvetnogo in April 2014. Since then the management company has incorporated an online Building Maintenance & Administration (BMA) system for handling requests from tenants and it continues to upgrade the building management system to match the company’s rigorous corporate standards.
PRESS BRIEFING
Armen Sarukhanyan, General Director of RD Management, spoke to the journalists at a press briefing: “A professional management company allows for the optimization of operating costs throughout the entire lifecycle of the building. The team of RD Management has much experience in the maintenance of complex engineering, which is why PPF Real Estate Russia and O1 Properties selected us to work at their top properties. We look at the property from the perspective of the owner. This approach lies at the basis of the philosophy of our business.”
