RD Management concluded an agreement on provision of services on technical maintenance of utility systems and equipment of the new office of Asteros Group with the area of 10,000 sq. m, located at the mixed-use complex Comcity.
Thus, Asteros became another large tenant of the office park, the technical systems of which are managed by RD Management. One of them is the office of Systematica Group of Companies with the area of 17,600 sq. m.
RD Management’s services on technical maintenance of utility systems and equipment of the office Asteros include operation of systems of power supply and lighting, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and sewage, fire safety and other.

COMCITY
The office park Comcity is located in the territory of New Moscow, 2 km away from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) along Kievskoye Highway. The project is developed by PPF Real Estate Russia. The Alpha phase of the office park (200,000 sq. m) was commissioned in September 2014 and includes 107,500 sq. m of office areas and 7,400 sq. m of shopping premises. The project provides for construction of the Bravo phase with the area of 55,236 sq. m. The total area of the office park will make 430,000 sq. m.
Since 2013, the complex is managed by RD Management: the company performs technical consulting services at the stage of construction and pre-commissioning of the Alpha phase, and starting from 2014 the company renders complex servicing to it.
