An exhibition of the works of Peter Bezrukov, an artist whose works have been shown at numerous Russian and international exhibitions, will be opening next week at Romanov Dvor.
Peter Bezrukov specializes in natural landscapes. “At one time painting such sketches of nature were considered to be just for practice, training the eye. Claude Monet elevated this genre to a more serious level, but even he completed his works over the course of several sessions. I am one of those artists who completes a painting in one sitting. For me the most important thing is transmitting the mood, the sense which is associated with a certain combination of colors,” the artist explains.
The new exposition at the Romanov Dvor business center includes paintings from various artistic periods in Bezrukov’s life – both well-known works and recent endeavors.
