UWC Dilijan College international school will take part in the prestigious International Property Awards 2015 in the Public Services Development category.
The facilities in this category will be assessed in terms of capital works quality, level of infrastructure development, location, layout convenience and ecological component of the project (construction and maintenance). Also, special emphasis will be placed on the architectural concept.
As a reminder, on April 20, UWC Dilijan College became a winner of the IGRA Green Roof Leadership Awards (it is intended to draw attention of architects and organizations to innovative urban landscaping ideas) in the Trendsetting Architecture category.
RD Group Holding represented by RD Group, an affiliated company, was the general designer and the general contractor during the school construction. UWC Dilijan College is the first world-class educational institution in the Eastern Europe and the CIS countries which is a member of United World Colleges. The College is certified according to BREEAM, international green building standard.
ABOUT THE AWARD
The International Property Awards was established in 1995. Today it is one of the most reputable awards in residential, social and commercial property. The jury comprises, among others, Sue Timney, President of the British Institute of Interior Design, and Andrew Panting, Director of Operations of the British Property Federation. The winner will be announced in July and the awarding will take place in September.
