The international boarding school UWC Dilijan College in Armenia has been certified according BREEAM green building standards with a score of “Good”. RD Group was the general designer and general contractor for the project.
UWC Dilijan College became the first property in Armenia at achieve BREEAM certification. The project received a score of “Good”, which means that it demonstrates good implementation of effective solutions throughout the entire life cycle of the project. The main efficiency criteria, including environmental impact, were incorporated during the project planning and construction stage.

UWC Dilijan College is located in the mountainous region of Armenia on the border of Dilijan National Park. The architectural concept organically integrates the school’s buildings into the surrounding environment, as during the project planning special attention was paid to the use of green, energy-efficient technologies. A great emphasis was also placed on ensuring the quality of the work during the construction of the complex.
