Vremena Goda shopping galleries got into the shortlist for the RCSC Awards 2015.
RCSC Awards is a professional award for galleries and shopping centers organized by the Russian Council of Shopping Centers. In the course of the voting the nominees are assessed in terms of the level of management, operation, commercial promotion, as well as in terms of overall efficiency of economic model.
Vremena Goda galleries participate in the Big Operating Shopping Center category. According to the conditions of the organizers, this category involves galleries and shopping centers with leasable area from 50,000 to 80,000 sq.m., that opened before November 1, 2013.
Alongside Vremena Goda galleries, the shortlist for the award includes Kristall Shopping Center (Tyumen), Goodzone Shopping and Entertainment Center (Moscow), Krasnodar Gallery (Krasnodar), Park House Shopping Center (Tolyatti).
Announcement of the results and RCSC Awards 2015 ceremony will take place on April 21, 2015 at the Central Moscow Hippodrome.

Vremena Goda are luxury shopping galleries on Kutuzovsky Avenue with more than 150 retail shops focused on latest fashion trends. The galleries were purchased by private equity fund Romanov Property Holdings Fund (a part of RD Group) in 2012-2013. RPHF fund’s assets are managed by AVICA Property Investors.
