Elite multifunctional centre «Legenda Tsvetnogo» is located at the intersection of Tsvetnoy and Rozhdestvensky boulevards in Moscow City Center, near «Trubnaya» metro station. The main features of this building are in its peculiar form, strict geometry, modern design and unique area of panoramic façade glazing.
It contains three 15-store residential towers with apartments. The buildings are united by a common stylobate that forms an 40,000 sq.m. office unit.
RD Management has been providing services on maintaining engineering systems, organizing the work of security, cleaning, and reception services of the centre since 2014.
