The Russian Council of Shopping Centers and RD Group organized a Workshop in the premium class galleries Vremena Goda.
The business program was attended by about 70 retail operators, property managers and architects from Russia and other countries.
Vremena Goda in Kutuzovsky Prospekt with a total area of around 65,000 square meters accommodates more than 150 luxury boutiques, 10 restaurants, a Globus Gourmet gastronome, a VIP cinema, a children’s club, an entertainment zone and a convenient parking lot for 450 cars.
Depending on the season, every day Vremena Goda is visited by 7,000 to 8,000 high-income people, of whom 52% are women and 48% are men. “The ability of the management company to effectively liaise with its tenants and visitors is instrumental in maintaining stable traffic and income in the current economic context. We constantly monitor new trends in the fashion market, improve our pool of tenants and develop services,” said Natalia Kermedchieva, Deputy Mall Manager at Vremena Goda, ECE Russland, during her speech.
Within the framework of the tour, the participants were introduced to the concept of the galleries which is based on five pillars: boutiques of the world's leading fashion houses, fine dining restaurants, children’s goods and homeware, and a wide choice of family leisure and entertainment options.
The visitors were shown around the shops that opened their doors in Vremena Goda in 2015, including the new fashion boutiques Roberto Cavalli, Malo, Jacob Cohen, Loriblu, and the watch brands Breguet and Omega, etc. In addition, the automated one-touch parking payment system based on the contactless payment technology MasterCard PayPass was demonstrated to the tour participants.
Alexander Ustinov, Business Development Director in RD Management, the management company of the galleries, commented on the specific nature of the facility management business. “The key objective in operating premium class facilities is to provide comfort to the most sophisticated customers. Knowing this makes us deliver well thought-out service solutions, from the use of quality consumables and terry towels in WCs through the uniform worn by the cleaning and security personnel.
