On May 27, Romanov Dvor Business Quarter hosted the 4th Annual Forum for Administrative Directors organized by The Moscow Times. RD Group international holding was the partner of the conference.

On May 27 Romanov Dvor business quarter became a meeting place for administrative directors of the largest Russian and international companies. About 100 experts and top managers in the field of administration took part in the conference, among which there were representatives of Mobile TeleSystems, Johnson & Johnson, METRO Cash & Carry, Nestle, AFI Development, The Walt Disney Company, White & Case, etc.

The conference raised issues of interaction between owners and tenants. Deniza Vartpatrikova, Managing Director of Romanov Dvor business center, noted in her speech, that the key element in relations between the partners is trust. "We build partnership relations and create a remarkable atmosphere of mutual understanding and cooperation with the tenants, the circle of which has remained unchanged for decades. In order to maintain and develop cooperation, we plan special activities and create traditions that strengthen the loyalty of the tenants to the complex and its owner, hold regular meetings with tenants, which gives us the opportunity to foresee and solve pressing issues promptly, as well as understand the needs of our customers to find the best solutions for each case together," – Deniza said.

Karina Anaevskaya, Deputy Head of the Representative Office of RD Group Holding for Real Estate Management, spotlighted the issues important to be considered by the company when moving to a new office. She focused the attention of the audience on the importance of HR-department being involved in the process in order to take account of corporate headcount trends for the entire period of the planned lease agreement. In her speech, Karina Anaevskaya also emphasized the importance of using Workplace Strategy tool in office space planning. "This profound and qualitative analysis allows the tenant to assess the real needs of the company in terms of space zoning and the ratio of permanent jobs to shared desks for employees, which makes it possible to optimize office space", – Karina added.

Alexander Ustinov addressed the conference with his concluding speech. He spoke about one of the key principles of interaction of RD Management with the tenants – the one stop principle. "The tenants should have one point of contact – the manager of the facility, a unified information system for KPI control and monitoring, that is BMA system, and the widest possible portfolio of Management Company services," – Alexander said. The attention of the audience was drawn to the fact that, along with facility operation, security and cleaning, the Management Company also provides additional services, such as design and interior fit-out works, environmental and energy audits, electrical measuring works. "Since the beginning of the year, we have received more than 120 applications from tenants for additional services and most of them have already been successfully rendered," – Alexander Ustinov said.
