On February 25 the commercial real estate magazine CRE and the events agency IM Events will be holding the Moscow Property and Facility Tour, which covers the best commercial properties of the Russian capital in the multifunctional, retail and office segments. Romanov Dvor, which is considered an exemplary Moscow business center, was chosen as one of the stops on the tour.

Each year CRE and IM Events hold the Moscow Property & Facility Tour of the most successful commercial properties of Moscow to demonstrate management systems for facility services, engineering and security systems, cleaning, etc. A premium-class property in the business centers segment will be demonstrated to the tour participants– the third phase of Romanov Dvor, which opened in December 2014.

ROMANOV DVOR

Romanov Dvor is a modern Class A+ office complex situated in the historic center of Moscow only 500 meters from the Kremlin. The three phases of the business center represent an integrated complex of buildings with a total area of 51,500 square meter and well-developed infrastructure.

The Romanov Dvor business complex was built according to the most advanced technical and engineering requirements and in compliance with BREEAM standards. In 2013 the Romanov Dvor business center became the first in Russia to receive the “Very Good” score for BREEAM in Use International 2013 according to the updated standards, which confirms the project’s compliance with world-class green building standards for Class A business centers.

Romanov Dvor is part of Quarter 41, which in addition to the business center includes business-class apartments, the pedestrian gastronomic street Romanov Alley and the Sheremetiev Courtyard.

INTERNAL COURTYARD

The calling card of the new phase of Romanov Dvor is its internal courtyard, tucked away from the city’s hustle and bustle, a new public space in the Russian capital. The well-designed territory is an ideal place for meeting with colleagues or working in an informal setting. The comfortable work environment is aided in part by wireless internet, so that office workers at the center will experience the same high level of connectivity in the courtyard as inside the building. From Romanov Pereulok visitors can access the courtyard with the help of an outdoor escalator – the first all-weather escalator to be installed in Russia.

Gagik Adibekyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RD Group: “Romanov Dvor is not simply a business center. It is a new public space for Moscow – a center of attraction for city residents and tourists, tenants of the business complex as well as students and everyone else who wants to take a break from the pace of big city life.”
