On April 21, Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2016 was held in Moscow.
Two facilities managed by RD Management became the winners of the prestigious award. In Class A Business Center Category, Evolution Tower multipurpose business center developed by Snegiri Development became the prizewinner. Comcity (Phase Alpha) developed by PPF Real Estate Russia was recognized as the best business park.
COMCITY
Comcity office park is located on the territory of New Moscow at a distance of 2 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) on the Kievskoe Highway. Project developer – PPF Real Estate Russia. In September 2014, Phase Alpha of the office park was commissioned (200 th. sq. m.) including 107.5 th. sq. m. of office space and 7.4 th. sq. m. of commercial premises. The project envisages construction of Phase Bravo, with total area of 55,236 sq. m. Total area of the complex will account for 430,000 sq. m.
RD Management has managed the complex since 2013: the company provided engineering consulting services at the construction and pre-operation stages of Phase Alpha, and starting from 2014, the company has been providing integrated maintenance services.
EVOLUTION TOWER
Evolution Tower multipurpose complex is located in the most prestigious business part of the capital — in the Moscow City International Business Center. This building is characterized by vanguard style and stands out in the area thanks to its spiral pattern reminiscent of the infinity sign. A 250-meter skyscraper represents a harmonious complement to the usual architectural context of Moscow City. The complex includes Class A offices, a shopping mall, panoramic viewing platforms, Masterslavl entertainment and development center for children, as well as Moscow City museum and exhibition complex.
At the construction stage, RD Management provided engineering consulting services and services for preparation of facility Phases I and II for commissioning. Starting from 2012, RD Management specialists have been providing integrated maintenance services to Evolution Tower Phase I.
