Leninskiy Prospekt 119, a new business center managed by RD Management, is welcoming its first tenants.
The companies Pervoye Reshenia and Natura Siberica signed five-year lease agreements for offices in the business center Leninskiy Prospekt 119. The companies’ new offices will be situated in premises of 1618 and 916 square meters, respectively.
The business center belongs to Raiffeisen evolution and the property management is carried out by RD Management.
RD MANAGEMENT SERVICES
RD Management is the management company of this new Class A business center. The company won a tender for this role while the project was under development.
The assortment of services offered by RD Management include: technical consulting and inauguration preparations; technical servicing of basic engineering systems and tenant systems; comprehensive cleaning services for common spaces, surrounding territories and tenant offices; and, parking services. RD Management also organizes dedicated security services for commercial properties.

The center has a gross leasable area of 15400 square meters. The office premises are offered with a high-quality fit out and are ready for tenants to move in. Just recently the business center received a gold certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen e.V.).
