Olympia Park Makes Top 10 Ranking

The business center Olympia Park has been included on the Top 10 list of Moscow’s decentralized business centers according to the journal CRE. The candidates for the list were high-class properties located outside the Third Transport Ring but inside the MKAD. Information about the properties was provided by the Big Five real estate consultancies.

The publication notes that Olympia Park is positioned as a Class A office complex and “mini-city”. The project is comprised of three-story buildings on the bank of the Khimki reservoir. The property boasts well-developed infrastructure and an interesting pool of international tenants. Olympia Park is owned by the world-renowned IT company Kaspersky Lab. The management company for the property is RD Management.

Specialists of RD Management worked on the property during the prelaunch phase and at present provide comprehensive property management services. The property has energy-efficient elevators and energy-saving lighting, light monitors and water meters, organized recycling and waste management as well as an effective automated water faucet system.

RD Management also provides services to the tenants of the business center: Kaspersky Lap, BMW Group Russia, Tele2 and Tinkoff Credit Systems, all of which have highly complex equipment and strict requirements for the management company.

EXPERT ASSESSMENT

According to experts of the real estate market, the city center has historically been an area of concentrated business activity. During the first quarter of this year nearly half of the office lease and purchase deals by volume were for properties situated near the Third Transport Ring while business centers inside the Garden Ring account for a little more than 20% of the deals.
