Two projects of RD Group have been awarded with the diplomas of the Russian stage of the award “The Outstanding Building of the Year” by TOBY Awards 2016 – the international school UWC Dilijan College and Romanov Dvor Business Quarter.
UWC Dilijan College received the diploma “The Outstanding Building of the Year” in the nomination “The Building with the Preserved Environment” while Romanov Dvor Business Quarter was named “The Outstanding Building of the Year” in the nomination “Office Building of 30,000–75,000 sq m”. Both projects were highly appreciated by the international experts and recommended by the competition committee for participation in the global stage of TOBY Awards International.
The prize “The Outstanding Building of the Year” of TOBY Awards 2016 is one of the most prestigious and recognized in the real estate management market. The evaluation criteria applied to the contestants include energy efficiency, environmental friendliness of the building, impact of the building on the community, environment and landscape, high-quality management of not only the building itself but of relationships with the tenants, provision of additional services and development of the building infrastructure.
All facilities of RD Group meet these criteria and are the samples of professional development and high-quality management. Romanov Dvor Business Quarter, which received a high score according to the renewed green standard BREEAM In-Use International, in September was awarded with a diploma with honours of the Russian stage of the award FIABCI Prix d’Excellence for integration in the historical urban environment. UWC Dilijan College constructed by RD Group in Dilijan (Armenia) and certified according to BREEAM standard, in 2015 received the highest prize of European Property Awards in the nomination “Public Service Development”.
