RD Management has won a tender on providing facility management services in the Moscow headquarters of diamond-mining company ALROSA. The three-year contract is concluded with the possibility of extending the period of its validity.
RD Management services has continued its cooperation with ALROSA on providing facility management services in company's office located in Aquamarine III Business Center since December 1, 2018. Total area of ALROSA’S office is 10 986 sq.m. The range of provided services includes technical maintenance of basic engineering systems and cleaning.
Aquamarine III Business Center is a high-tech, “intellectual”, premium-class business center located on Ozerkovskaya naberezhnaya, 24. The third stage of the complex includes 4 buildings with total area of 78 000 sq.m. (50 000 sq.m. are leased). ALROSA is the owner of one of those buildings.
ALROSA is the world's largest diamond producer, the company mines 95% of all diamonds in Russia, the company's share in world diamond production is 25%. The company deals with exploration, mining, processing and sale of rough diamonds.
