RD Management signed a contract with Immofinanz Russia for maintenance of GoodZone Shopping Center located at Kashirskoe Highway, south of Moscow.
RD Management won a tender for rendering a package of maintenance services to the GoodZone Shopping and Entertainment Centre. Under the terms of the Contract, RD Management is to provide operation of the utilities of the shopping centre and the parking lot located in a standalone building as well as the cleaning of utility spaces.
Opened in April 2014, GoodZone Shopping Center is now the second largest shopping centre in Immofinanz Russia’s project portfolio. The total area of the facility is 143,720 sq m, including the parking of 30,155 sq m. Among GoodZone’s tenants are major international and Russian chain retailers. Apart from shops, the complex site features restaurants and service operators, recreational and leisure zones and a cinema.
