Analysts of the consulting company Praedium have compiled a rating of the most expensive offices for lease in the heart of the Moscow, next to the Kremlin, in September and early-October 2013. Romanov Dvor was recognized as one of the more prestigious and expensive office buildings.

Romanov Dvor is one of the most prominent business centers in the heart of the Russian capital, situated only 500 meters from the Kremlin. The business center is on the list of Forbes’ Top 30 most expensive commercial properties near the Kremlin.
The first phase of the business center was opened in 1996 and the second – in 2004. At present construction is underway on the third phase. Romanov Dvor has robust infrastructure and provides a broad spectrum of services to cater to the needs of tenants and ensure the comfort of their workers and visitors. The property belongs to RD Group.
Romanov Dvor, in addition to its traditional office premises, is offering two penthouses of 122 and 121 sqm on the 7th floor with a separate entrance and elevator. The offices come with a top-notch fit-out and are offered for lease at a rate of $1500 per square meter. Thus the business center placed second in the rating.
The most expensive office near the Kremlin at the moment according to the rating is the VIP loft of the Znamenka commercial building with 612 square meters for lease.
