RD Management started rendering utility systems management services to HIS office. The company is a tenant at the Legenda Tsvetnogo multifunctional complex.
RD Management will provide such utility systems management services, as operation of power supply, lighting, heat supply and heating systems, as well as ventilation, water supply and fire protection systems.
The facility is operated in accordance with the RD Management internal standards for Facility Management, which will ensure a high level of the services rendered. Moreover, Building Maintenance & Administration (BMA), online system for processing requests from tenants, is installed at the facility.
RD won a tender for complete servicing of Legenda Tsvetnogo multifunctional complex in April 2014. Total area of the complex is 112.5 thousand sq. m.
LEGENDA TSVETNOGO
Legenda Tsvetnogo multifunctional complex is one of the last commercial real estate projects implemented within Sadovoe Koltso. The complex comprises three apartment towers connected through the common podium where Legenda, Class A business center owned by O1 Properties Investment Company, is situated.
