Romanov Dvor nominated for Green Awards

Stage 3 of Romanov Dvor business center is nominated for the prestigious Green Awards in the Business Centers category. This award is annually given to the most eco-friendly and resource-efficient projects in Russia.

The business center is certified according to environmental standard BREEAM In-Use International. RD Management was individually assessed according to international environmental standards for Class A office centers: it was rated to Excellent (84%) and granted BREEAM In-Use Management Building Certificate.

Every year, best projects of the industry participate in Green Awards competing in categories, such as Housebulding, Multifunctional Complexes, Business Centers, Warehousing and Industrial Property, Social Facilities.

The relevance of "green" construction is manifested in the large number of applicants, as well as the quality of projects improving year by year. All participants will undergo analysis according to GREEN ZOOM, a Russian standard for energy efficiency assessment.

The jury comprises best construction and real estate experts and professionals, as well as government officials and executives of major companies. The Supervisory Board holds a special place in Green Awards structure. It includes internationally renowned experts, such as Raymond Fadel, Regional Director of AECOM Russia, and Guy Eames, CEO of Green Building Council (RuGBC).

The announcement of Green Awards winners and the awarding ceremony will take place on September 7 as a part of PROEstate 2015. The competition is organized by the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers and PROESTATE International Real Estate Investment Forum.
