On April 9, the annual elite residential real estate showroom will open in the retail galleries of the Vremena Goda shopping center.
During the showroom, luxury residential complexes and cottage villages in Moscow and the Moscow Region, London, Cyprus, Latvia, Montenegro will be exhibited to the visitors of the Vremena Goda retail galleries. The showroom will welcome its visitors until April 26, 2015.
Vremena Goda is one of the most successful premium-class retail properties in Moscow. Each day the center is visited by more than 10,000 shoppers, most of whom reside in the prestigious districts of western Moscow and the Moscow region. In 2014, deals totaling more than €20 million were signed at the real estate showroom.

The shopping center was acquired by Romanov Property Holdings Fund (a part of RD Group) in 2012–2013. The assets of RPHF are managed by AVICA Property Investors.
