Alexander Ustinov, Business Development Director of RD Management, spoke at the PROEstate 2015 International Real Estate Investment Forum.
Alexander took part in the session named Green Development. Green technologies in development and construction. Evidence of efficiency. Within the speaker’s performance, questions dedicated to the potential of green construction market in Russia, as well as examples of projects implemented in Russia and abroad, were discussed. Besides, the expert told about the experience of operation of green buildings, which are managed by RD Management.
Alexander Ustinov: “People spend most part of their lives in offices. Beside other conditions, priority is given to a building, where tenants feel themselves safe and comfortably. It is greatly promoted by favorable micro-climate in the rooms, temperature conditions, air quality, and high safety standards.
Parameters achieved as a result of international certification allow real estate owners and tenants to assess the quality of the operated object, as well as management standards”.

PROEstate 2015 is taking place during September 7-9 in Radisson Royal Moscow Congress Park. Every year the forum unites leading experts and companies dealing with investments and development, architecture and urban planning, innovations and advanced technologies. The event is supported by the Ministry of Construction, Moscow City Government, Moskomstroyinvest (Moscow Committee for Construction and Investments) and is considered to be one of the most significant events on the real-estate and investments market. This year 4300 delegates from 70 cities of Russia take part in the Forum, 58 events will be held within PROEstate, where about 200 speakers will take the floor.
