The leading Russian news agency Interfax published a report on the opening of the third phase of the Class A business center Romanov Dvor.
Interfax quoted Gagik Adibekyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RD Group, who spoke at the opening ceremony: “Romanov Dvor is not simply a business center. It is a new public space for Moscow – a center of attraction for city residents and tourists, tenants of the business complex as well as students and everyone else who wants to take a break from the pace of big city life.”
Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development and Construction, and businessman Ruben Vardanyan also spoke at the event.
“The new building of the Romanov Dvor complex creates a legacy for the city. RD Group rebuilt existing architectural monuments and integrated the modern business complex into the historical urban environment,” said Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development and Construction, Interfax reports.
QUARTER 41
The Romanov Dvor business center is situated only 500 meters from the walls of the Moscow Kremlin. The new building of 8,000 square meters marks the completion of the comprehensive development of Block 41, situated between Mokhovaya Street and Romanov Pereulok, Interfax reports.
Quarter 41, apart from the office complex, also includes business-class apartments, the pedestrian gastronomic street Romanov Alley and the Sheremetiev Courtyard.
The developer of the Romanov Dvor complex is the international holding RD Group. The architectural concept was created by Popov & Architects. Construction was carried out by RD Group (part of RD Group) and the facility management is provided by RD Management (also part of RD Group).
