RD Group announces the appointment of Lilit Adibekyan as Head of Asset management of the luxury-class shopping center Dream House.
Lilit Adibekyan will be responsible for attracting new tenants and managing relations with existing tenants, property management, and overseeing the project for re-conception of the Dream House shopping center.
Prior to assuming this position, Lilit served as an investment consultant for AVICA Property Investors. Earlier she worked as a financial analyst at a brokerage and also worked with Russian art at the Paris office of Sotheby’s. Lilit earned a master’s degree at ESCP Europe. She is fluent in five languages: German, French, English, Armenian and Russian.

Dream House is a luxury-class shopping center of 13,000 square meters situated in the Moscow suburb Barvikha on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Shosse. The retail center became part of the portfolio of assets of Romanov Property Holdings Fund (part of RD Group) in 2011. The assets of RPHF are managed by AVICA Property Investors.
