The Russian investment fund Romanov Property Holdings Fund announces appointment of Petr Isaev to the position of Chief Marketing Officer.
While working for Romanov Property Holdings Fund, Petr Isaev will be in charge of the fund’s asset management, including Romanov Dvor Business Quarter and the shopping arcades Vremena Goda. Besides, he will develop the project portfolio of ECE Russland co-owned by RPHF and solidify its positions in the commercial real estate management market.
Prior to joining Romanov Property Holdings Fund, Petr Isaev worked as Deputy CEO for Commercial Real Estate at Rose Group and Chief Executive Director for Tsvetnoy Central Market. He was responsible for development and management of Tsvetnoy Central Market and other commercial real estate projects of the company. In 2008-2013, Petr headed the Commercial Real Estate Department at Capital Group, and in 2005–2008 he worked for Colliers International, where he rose from the position of a consultant to Deputy Director of the Commercial Real Estate Department.
