Deputy General Director of RD Management Darrell Stanaford will be participating in the business program of MIPIM 2014, which is taking place March 11-14 in Cannes, France.
The expert will take part in two events organized by the Moscow Municipal Government at the international real estate fair.
COMPREHENSIVE TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT
On March 12 Darrell Stanaford will speak at the roundtable “Investment in the Comprehensive Development of Large Territories.” The agenda includes a discussion of the development of the territories of the ZIL plant, South Port, Molzhaninovo and Tushino. The area of each of these territories is comparable to that of a small city. How should the development of major projects be linked with the adjoining districts? What comes first: the city or its component parts? Should large territories be developed before a General Plan has been adopted?
These and many other issues concerning comprehensive territorial development will be discussed from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the stand of the Moscow Municipal Government at the Palais des Festivals.
MOSCOW CALLING
Additionally, Mr. Stanaford will take part in the business dialogue “Moscow Calling: Drivers of the Real Estate Market” on March 12. At this business meeting experts will discuss new schemes for cooperation and collaboration between the city and investors, and features of international projects implemented in the Russian capital. A special focus of the discussion will be a review of the first results of the development of the territories of New Moscow.
The event will be held from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the stand of The Moscow Times in the Sea Breeze Pavilion.
