GRI Europe Summit is opening today in Paris. It will gather more than 450 world real estate market leaders. RD Group International Holding takes part in the event for the first time.
GRI Europe Summit 2015 is one of the largest business events in the commercial and residential property. This year European and international investors and developers from 30 countries of all over the world will come together at the Summit. The business program includes 40 discussions on topical issues.
The RD Group International Holding is represented at the GRI Europe Summit 2015 by Gaghik Adibekyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding, Lilit Adibekyan, Managing Director of the Dream House Trade Center, Natalia Tishendorf, Managing Director of the Romanov Property Holdings Fund administration company and Dmitry Letov, Director for development of the RD Group Holding.
Gaghik Adibekyan will speak at the discussion “Benelux countries – a small region full of opportunities”, Lilit Adibekyan will present her opinion of the subject on the session “Trade centers, hybrid malls, street retail, online commerce – where will diversification provide the best investment opportunities?”, Natalia Tishendorf will evaluate the potential and risks of capital placement in Europe at the round table “Stability and doubts – what property in Europe is worth investing?”, and Dmitry Letov will take part in the conversation “Real Estate in Spain - the best aftermarket purchases”.
In the course of the Summit the delegation of the RD Group Holding will hold meetings with leaders of large European banks, investment and development companies.
