RD Group representatives have joined expert committees of the most prestigious commercial real estate award CRE Moscow Awards 2017. The holding's top managers continue to choose the best facilities of the market.
Commercial Real Estate Awards is a professional award, held in commercial real estate on an annual basis. It covers office space, retail, industrial, hotel and multifunctional real estate. The award goes for the best facilities in various market segments, as well as for Consultant of the Year, Managing Company of the Year, and Deal of the Year. It is the 14th time the event takes place.
Roman Tkachenko, Head of the Representative Office of RD Group in Russia, joined the committee for multifunctional real estate. AVICA CEO Natalia Tischendorf and ECE Russland CEO Stefan Zeiselmeier joined the retail real estate committee. RD Management Director for Development Alexander Ustinov is a member of office space committee.
Each year, the best facilities in their category, which meet today's requirements of commercial real estate development, become award-winners. The selection process includes two stages: online voting, which involves at least 20 jury members of a specialised committee, and closed personal voting by committee members, once the facilities have been presented to them.
The winners will be announced at the official award ceremony at Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall on April 27.
