RD Group will take part in the upcoming conference CRE Market Snapshot to be held on March 31 in Moscow. The event is organized by the publishing house Impress Media.
Tatiana Khoreva, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Head of the Representative Office of RD Group, will speak at the session on financing of development projects, where the discussion will focus on bank lending and alternative sources of financing in the current economic conditions. Participants of the discussion will include representatives of GVA Sawyer, Storm Properties and Morgan Stanley, among others.
“Access to bank financing primarily depends on the reputation of the company and its shareholders as well as the establishment of honest relationships with partners – banks, investors and clients. We expect that by the end of the third quarter of 2015 the opportunity to access affordable bank financing will remerge,” Tatiana Khoreva notes.
Business Development Director for RD Group Dmitry Letov will speak at the session on development, where market players will talk about the reassessment of project concepts, strategies for selling assets and on deciding whether to complete or mothball projects. The session will be joined by representatives of Torgovy Kvartal, Mallbroker and other organizations.
Dmitry Letov will speak about the implementation of RD Group’s development projects in Europe and Moscow.
