Two RD Group facilities participate in the Russian round of the international awards, and the experts of the holding company – Roman Tkachenko and Dmitry Letov – became the members of FIABCI Prix d'Excellence jury.
FIABCI Prix d'Excellence is one of the most well-known and reputable international awards in the field of real estate development projects. It involves residential and commercial properties. Also, FIABCI Prix d'Excellence is the only international event in the field of real estate with a round held in Russia.
This year, Romanov Dvor business center is nominated in the Office Property category, and UWC Dilijan College is nominated in the Social Facilities category of FIABCI Prix d'Excellence.
The jury traditionally consists of renowned professionals in the field of real estate development, property management and leading market analysts. Over 60 industry experts will assess the projects. RD Group will be represented in the jury by Roman Tkachenko, Head of the Representative Office of RD Group, and Dmitry Letov, Business Development Director for RD Group.
