According to the results of the annual survey held by the portal Superjob.ru, RD Management was named “Best Employer of the Year”.

RD Management employs over 700 people, out of which 60 % falls to the Engineering Department, 20 % makes the cleaning personnel, and 10 % – security staff. The management staff (the Financial Department, Legal Affairs, Commerce, Marketing and PR, HR, Maintenance and Supply, and IT Functions) constitutes 10 %. Recruiting is performed by the in-house HR employees.
