The business center Romanov Dvor is undergoing BREAM certification, Darrell Stanaford, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development at RD Management, told the internet portal Radi Doma Pro.
“We are now in the process of obtaining BREAM certification for the Romanov Dvor business center, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development at RD Management Darrell Stanaford told the internet portal Radi Doma Pro. “Our first phase was built in 1996 and second – in 2014. We at RD Group decided that we want to make the project as energy efficient as possible.”
The company conducted an energy audit to uncover opportunities for substantial savings – from upgrading light bulbs to the assimilation of modern energy systems. One interesting detail is the fact that BREAM standards calling for the presence of birdhouses in the trees surrounding the business center.
