Romanov Property Holdinds Fund, an investment fund, purchased a land plot on Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway.
The territory with the area of 0.45 ha is located close to Dream House, a premium class shopping center with the total area of 13,000 sq.m. The purchase of the land plot will give the opportunity to extend the potential of Dream House for tenants and visitors. Currently, the options for territory development are being worked out.

Romanov Property Holdings Fund (RPHF), a private equity fund, was created in 2008 on a par by RD Group international holding and a consortium of private investors. It is aimed at the acquisition of Russian class A business centers and shopping centers with favorable location, which bring stable income and have the potential for growth in their cost. The basic principles of the fund’s facilities management are based on the possibility of increasing the leased area, moderate debt burden and qualitative pool of tenants.
Today, the portfolio of RPHF projects includes class A business center Romanov Dvor, premium-class shopping galleries Vremena Goda and Dream House, OBI Borovskoe hypermarket.
