The victory of UWC Dilijan College in the European stage of the International Property Awards 2015 evoked wide response in the media.
As a reminder, the UWC Dilijan College project implemented by RD Group Holding is recognized as the best in the Public Services Development category in the European stage of the prestigious International Property Awards 2015. This award is highly appreciated by professionals all over the world: the jury consists of 70 international experts, including architects, executives and members of the House of Lords.
The fact of international recognition of the school project has received widespread media coverage, including not only thematic and industry portals, but also socio-political periodicals. In total, more than 20 print and online media have reported about the victory of UWC Dilijan College.
According to Golos Armenii (Voice of Armenia), UWC Dilijan College is still the only educational institution in the territory of the CI, which has been certified according to BREEAM, European standards of “green” construction. The author also notes that the school has already been honored with another significant international award - IGRA Green Roof Leadership Awards 2015 in the Trendsetting Architecture category - for the use of advanced "green" construction technology.
The final of the International Property Awards 2015 will take place on September 22 in London: the winner will be awarded the grand prix and the title of World’s Best Developer.
