The portfolio of the RD Management company has grown one more “green" facility. The project of the Greendale business center has obtained the BREEAM international certificate with the highest rating in Russia.
The project of the Moscow Greendale business center obtained the BREEAM International certificate of ecological efficiency 2013 with the highest Outstanding rating. As follows from the certification the percentage of given points made 88.5%. Currently this is the highest and only rating of such level in Russia.
O1 Properties is the investor of the Greendale business center project and the general design contractor is the Spectrum group of companies. RD Management company provides engineering consulting at the stage of design, development and mounting of the utility equipment. JLL Company was the certification consultant.
GREENDALE
The Greendale A-class business center is placed within the walking distance from the Metro station “Maryina Roshcha” and in the immediate vicinity of the Third Ring Road. It will be the first premium-class business center in this district. The complex will consist of two buildings with a total area of 43,7K. sq. m, it will also include multi-level surface and underground parking. The facility is scheduled for completion in 2016-2017.
