This year "Vremena Goda" debuts as a partner of the sixth Cosmoscow contemporary art fair, which will be held in Moscow's Gostiny Dvor from 7 to9 of September. Represented at the fair with a unique fashionable space as a part of joint project with British Higher School of Art & Design the mail goal of the collaboration is to support of young talents.
The result of the partnership of " Vremena Goda” and one of the most significant institutions in the field design will be a two-stage collaboration. The curator of the "Contemporary Art" course Mikhail Levin selected works of the best students of BHSAD which will be represented during Cosmoscow at “Vremena Goda” space.Exhibiting at the fair is a unique chance for a young artist to express himself and draw the attention of the professional public to his work that meets the mission of the "Vremena Goda" to support young art on the Russian art scene.
The second stage of cooperation will be a competition among students of BHSAD for the development and creation of art objects specifically for the "Vremena Goda". The jury includes leading experts of the BHSAD & Cosmoscow and the winner will receive a grant and will have an opportunity to show his work in “Vremena Goda” mall.
Cosmoscow, the only international contemporary art fair in Russia and the CIS will open from 6 – 9 September at Moscow’s Gostiny Dvor where you can see works of more than 200 contemporary artists, discover new trends of the art market and gain valuable knowledge about current art practices.
