The expert commented on the message concerning the construction of shopping center chain Oz Mall in Moscow. The first shopping center will replace the former AZLK Moskvich on Volgogradsky avenue.

The adjacent areas of the facility will contribute to its success, too - the nearby bedroom communities Mariino, Lublino, Pechatniki, Ryazansky, Nizhegorodsky, the residents of which will provide the facility with high attendance.
Moreover, the shopping center has no direct competitors. The nearest large shopping centers are Mozaika on the Third Ring Road and Mega Belaya Dacha on the 14th km of the Moscow Ring Road.
"Having analyzed the previous experience of Optima Development, we can say that Oz Mall in Krasnodar is a high-quality facility of regional significance. Therefore, we expect to see a high-quality retail property in Moscow too, including in terms of utility systems, infrastructure and the pool of tenants," the expert highlighted.
