The leading commercial real estate publication for the Russian market CRE has published an article on the opening of the 8,000-square-meter third phase of the Class A business center Romanov Dvor.
CRE writes that the total area of the business complex, which includes three phases, amounts to 51,500 square meters. The project developer was RD Group. The architectural concept was created by Popov & Architects.
“The property was built in compliance with BREEAM standards. The complex includes a two-level parking garage for 250 cars,” the magazine notes.
The construction of the third phase of the business center was carried out by RD Group and the facility management role has been assumed by RD Management (both companies are part of RD Group).
