Following a press tour organized by RD Management to properties where it has recently assumed the facility management role, the leading commercial real estate portal CRE.ru published a photo gallery of the business park Comcity.
On October 22, RD Management has organized a facility tour for journalists of leading business media of two new properties in the company’s management portfolio: the office park Comcity and multifunctional complex Legenda Tsvetnogo. The company vividly demonstrated its high standards for the maintenance of commercial real estate. Following the tour, CRE.ru published a photo report about the Comcity project.
COMCITY
The multifunctional office park Comcity is situated on Kiev Highway 2 km from the MKAD. The total area of the property’s buildings upon completion will reach 430,000 square meters. The first phase of Comcity includes 107,500 square meters of office space and 7400 square meters of retail space. The project’s developer is PPF Real Estate and the architecture was designed by Cigler Marani Architects. Renaissance Construction is the general contractor while RD Management (part of RD Group) has been assigned the facility management role.
Starting in December 2013 specialists of RD Management began providing technical consultations on the preparation and launch of the first phase of Comcity. Following the opening of the first phase of the project in October 2014, the company began providing comprehensive facility management services for the property, including the management of the office and retail premises and park zone.
