On April 9 an elite real estate show will open at the Vremena Goda shopping center with the participation of leading developers. The exhibit will remain open through April 20.
The show room of exclusive real estate offerings is an annual event for the residential real estate market. This year the show room will highlight such Moscow residential complexes as Snegiri Eco, Sadovye Kvartaly, Literator and Wine House, as well as the suburban developments Istrinskaya Riviera and HONKA CLUB. More distant complexes on display include the Karat apartments in Sochi, the Saliena residential development in Latvia and Dukley Gardens in Montenegro, among others.
Special conditions, discounts and offers will be available to potential buyers but only for the duration of the exhibit.
OFFICAL OPENING
A special cocktail celebration will be held on April 10 at 6:00 PM in honor of the opening of the elite real estate show room. The evening program includes the presentation of new properties, live jazz and ballet, and special snacks from the chef of the restaurant Oblaka.
The symbol of the 2014 exhibit is the frangipani, the flower from Bali which begins to blossom in April. The islanders decorate their homes and cathedrals with these aromatic flowers. Throughout the ten days of the exhibit, the fragrance of frangipani will welcome the visitors of the shopping center.
