In April 2014 RD Management took on the role of the managing company for the multifunctional complex Legenda Tsvetnogo, situated at the intersection of Tsvetnoy Boulevard and Rozhdestvensky Boulevard in downtown Moscow.
According to the conditions of the agreement RD Management will be responsible for the operational management of the multifunctional complex.
Legenda Tsvetnogo has an office and a residential component and consists of three residential towers linked by a common stylobate which houses the Class A business center Legenda. The facility also has restaurants, cafes and a retail gallery. In total the complex includes 112,500 square meters of space (with parking). The office premises account for 40,000 square meters and the apartment blocks occupy 30,000 square meters. The office section of the Legenda Tsvetnogo complex belongs to the investment company O1 Properties.
