The multifunctional complex Evolution Tower at Moscow City will be opened for operation in December 2014, Interfax reports. The main construction work on the tower has now been completed.
The first phase of Evolution Tower (25,000 square meters) was commissioned in the summer of 2013 and is under the management of RD Management. Following completion of all construction work Evolution Tower will have a total of 168,000 square meters. The 54-story skyscraper in the form of a spiral will largely be occupied by office premises. The building will also include underground parking as well as the museum and exhibition complex of Moscow City. At present builders are installing the façade, elevators, escalators, fire-protection systems and internal engineering systems.

During the development of the first phase RD Management provided technical consulting and pre-launch preparation services for the first phase of the project. Following inauguration the company’s specialists began providing the full spectrum of technical maintenance services for basic engineering systems as well as cleaning of common areas and the surrounding territory. RD Management’s specialists also supervise the property’s security service. In the near future a service will be organized to manage the underground parking facility and visitor accommodation.
